Flexible Jobs as Reconciliation Tool

This questionnaire is addressed to companies directors/executives or persons responsible for Human Resources management. The estimated time of filling the questionnaire is 5-10 minutes. The aim of this survey is to collect enterpreneurs` opinions on chances and barriers for flexible employment and its role in reconciliating family life and career. This questionnaire does not collect any financial information concerning your company. The results will be used only for research purposes of the Transnational Partnership “P4E” that is currently conducting this research also in Italy, Poland, Slovenia and Spain. The survey is conducted in cooperation with PRYZMAT Research Team from the Copernicus University (Torun, Poland).

Foto The transnational cooperation is not an end in itself, but a way for:
  • To Understand better the forms of discrimination, inequality and exclusion that exist in the labor market;
  • To Design and to perfect strategies and actions keeping in mind the experiences carried out in other countries of the EU;
  • To Reinforce the processes of evaluation, diffusion and integration of the general politics.

Said cooperation is established, as a general rule, between an AD of national environment and an or several AD of other member States. Every AD should include al except a transnational associate, whose project preferably should be inside the same line of action or thematic area that his.

The transnational entities associates should define which are the objectives of the cooperation, what activities are going to carry out of joint form and what results expect to obtain. The tasks will be distributed in function of the experience interests of each associate, that should guarantee its capacity to carry out. One of the Groups of participating Development will be appointed to carry out the works of coordination of the transnational activities.
Besides the necessary encounters among the associates, so much for the preparation of the transnational project as for their development, these should include mechanisms of information and communication that incorporate the use of the new technologies. The transnational association will be finalized by means of an
Agreement of Transnational Cooperation in which the associates should define the program of work with their corresponding temporary programming and budget, as well as the system of monitoring and evaluation.
